Bungendore Sewage Treatment Plant Recycled Water Upgrade
Project overview
The first stage of the Bungendore sewage treatment plant recycled water upgrade for Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (QPRC).
The recycled water needed to be supplied through an existing recycled water network, to be used for non-potable applications such as irrigation of sports fields and public parks.
Aquacell provided the process design, integrated equipment supply, installation and commissioning services to produce 900,000L/day of recycled water; partnering with Gongues Constructions, who undertook the civil scope.
